We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Senior Manager to help us expand our clientele and telecom infrastructure tenancies. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.

Responsible for the overall management of all strategic and operational Marketing, Business Development and Customer Relationship activities.
Provide market feedback to the company leadership regarding competitive offerings, prospect needs and generate product development ideas.
Prepare and execute strategies and action plans to grow the companies’ presence in the telecom tower infrastructure market and position it as a leader and essential business partner across the country.
Take ownership of the management of the sales and business development functions of the business in a B2B market.
Drive increased revenue and profit to achieve the Company`s ambitious growth.
Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives and align them with internal growth strategies.
Working to stringent targets, the job holder will be required to adopt a professional and knowledgeable approach to each new business lead.
Planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets.
Identifies events and forums where company solutions should be promoted and participates in them.
Develop, implement and roll-out enhancements to existing frameworks/methodologies including development of new forums.
Support in pre sales and large bids. Developing quotes and proposals for customers.
Training personnel and helping team members develop their skills.
Independently sell to direct opportunities within his/her own rolodex.
Experience in working with executive management to align sales strategies and solutions.
Masters in Engineering/Telecom, Business Administration or any equivalent degree.
At least 10 years of experience of working in a corporate/business focused B2B environment; must have ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including Senior and executive level.
Background in Telecom services and operations lifecycle is a MUST. Knowledge of Telecom Infrastructure in the context of its usability/profitability in specific area dynamics is a plus.
Excellent negotiation skills, proven track record of successfully pitching for new business.
Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads and closing the deals.
Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations; proficiency in English and using Microsoft Office is must.
