More about your role
As our Social Media Content Assistant, you will assist the marketing team in their goal of increasing engagement with the Group’s social media channels. You will carry out proactive monitoring of online activity to help shape and protect the Group’s online reputation. You will also help to support digital communications campaigns, utilising your knowledge of social media networks to deliver excellent experiences for our customers.
You will work closely with the Digital Marketing Executive and the wider content team to continually improve our digital channels by responding to customers’ needs, engaging with brand experts, generating and developing creative content, and driving targeted traffic.

More about you
This role is ideal for someone at the start of their marketing career, perhaps you will have studied marketing/social media at college and university, or you have some experience of managing social channels as part of your job. Above all you will be social media savvy, understand how best to engage people on different digital platforms and be looking for an opportunity to build on your social marketing knowledge within a commercial environment.
A great communicator, you will be familiar with writing, editing and managing online content. You will understand how tailoring your content to different audiences and using various “tones of voice” can help with engagement. You’ll be an assured writer, able to spot the tiniest of typos and eager to put your creative flair to work.
