Shelby BPO, is looking for a skilled HR Cordinator to oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes. Candidate must be able to enable business success through human resource management, including job design, recruitment, performance management, training and development and talent management.
Requirement:
Experience : Minimum 1 or 2 years of HR experience
People oriented and results driven
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
Excellent active listening/speaking and negotiation skills
Competence to build and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
In depth knowledge of labor laws
BS/MS degree in Human Resources
