Our client based in Erdington is currently recruiting for an account’s assistant looking to join their friendly team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who has an interest in finance and administration with the below experience.

Duties about the role

  • Front of house – Greeting customers & answering the telephone.
  • Supporting all aspects of the Finance department.
  • Entry of Moffat Invoices (shipments) onto Opera and keeping all related records up to date.
  • Ensuring all Serial Numbers are kept up to date on an in-house system
  • General Administration Duties to support the smooth running of the office.
  • Ordering of Stationery.
  • Updating Mailing Lists
  • Producing Unit Schedules when required.
  • Sales Ledger & Purchase Ledger duties when required.
  • Preparation of monthly Stock sheets and Data Entry.
  • Month End Support.
  • Reporting and Analysis. (Reports will be given)
  • Ensuring the company is WEEE compliant at all times.
  • Daily Backups.
  • Help Compiling Year End documentation for Audit.
  • Assisting with new projects and practises.
