We have an exciting opportunity to join our Customer Communications Team who provide ‘round the clock’ real time sailing information to our customers.
Your mission will be to offer 24/7 operational updates for our entire route network, 365 days a year.
You will be pivotal in providing comprehensive, timely and accurate information across all channels and engage with online audiences and help maintain relationships with key customers (ie port authorities, highways agencies). One day you could be talking to Rotterdam about delays in the port.. the next day discussing the possibility & planning for communications about ‘operation stack’ on the M20!
Every day brings a new challenge and you will be expected to become the company expert on European Maritime Passenger Rights Regulation – providing guidance and advice on compliance to other staff.
If you are fluent in English, have a strong understanding of how crucial social media can be as a communication tool, and experience within a customer focussed or operational environment, then this is the role for you!
