Assistant Manager HR / Admin

Job Description

  • Good understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and procedures.
  • HR practices and standard conditions of employment.
  • Accounts reconciliations.
  • Recruitment support including shortlisting, generating pools.
  • Assist with induction for new staff.
  • Relief accountant duties, as required.
  • Implement and adhere to administrative support of the organization.

Requirements;

  • Have knowledge of MS Office.
  • Ability to work effectively and enthusiastically.
  • Ability to strongly handle administration needs and address them.
  • Hands on experience in accounting practices.
  • Relevant degree level qualification (Accounting & HR).
