  • Be responsible for all the administrative tasks assigned by Manager Admin.
  • Ensures smooth and efficient working in the department.
  • Hotel Bookings for official.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Assisting to Manager Admin for Visa processing.
  • Dealing and settling all problems related to cellular companies.
  • Receipt of Invoices its verification from respective Head of Department and submitting to Accounts Department.
  • Payment of rent for rental premises located in Central & North Region.
  • Making of Company Employee cards.
  • Maintaining monthly salary attendance and assuring upkeep of attendance documents.
  • Coordinating and managing Health Insurance, Group Insurance. Timely initiating the claims from respective Insurance Companies on occurrence of any incident.
  • Ensures adequate and proper manning of the company’s PABX system during working hours.
  • Ensure all telephones connections and extensions are maintained in workable conditions at all times. Ensure quick recovery in case of faults.
  • Operates and maintains the company’s tea bar.
  • Ensures cleanliness of the company’s premises at all the times through conservancy contractors.
  • Supervises and controls the duties performed by his subordinates.
  • Prepares and maintains inventory of all assets owned by the company. Assets include air-conditioners, furniture, telephone sets, computers, crockery, PABX system etc.
  • Ensures adequate discipline is being maintained in the company’s premises and reports any violation to the Manager Admin.
  • Coordinates and liaises with National Tower administration for smooth supply of electricity and water supply to the company’s premises.
  • Coordinates any civil work being done in the company.

Job Specifications

  • Successful incumbent will be a graduate with 3 to 5 years of experience in administration and personnel management.
  • Conversant with general administration policies and procedures, documentation etc.
  • 1 to 2 years working experience in similar position.
  • Good computer skills (Microsoft Office).
  • Adequate written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs30,000.00 to Rs33,000.00 /month

Experience:

  • Administration: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Personnel Management: 1 year (Preferred)
