Admin & In charge Manager

Rs 30,000 – Rs 40,000 a month

We are looking for a responsible Administrator and store in-charge to organize who have experience in Labour handling skill and who can deal our company’s day-to-day operations. Your job will be to provide clerical support to our managers and employees and coordinate and Labour all daily administrative activities.

  • Data entry (sales figures, property listings etc.)
  • Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Supervising administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance
  • Keep stock of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • General office management such as ordering stationary
  • Organizing travel and accommodation for staff and customers
  • Arranging both internal and external events
  • Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts
  • Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Property Managers and Senior Management


  • Proven experience as an Administrator, Administrative Assistant or relevant role
  • Familiarity with pest control equipment and including printers and fax machines etc
  • Knowledge of office policies and procedures
  • Experience with office management tools (MS Office software, in particular)
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Problem-solving attitude with an eye for detail
  • Must Have B.Com and Master Degree Holder
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills in Pest Control industry

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs30,000.00 to Rs40,000.00 /month
