Job Responsibilities for Accounts Assistant

1. Documentation of new company (clothing) with Lawyer/Consultant at Article of Association/ Memorandum, SECP registration, FBR registration, From A, From 29 and account opening with bank.

2. Book keeping of daily invoices/Receipts/Deposits/petty cash transactions/Expenses in quick book accounting system

3. Payment of purchase order and keeping the record updated

4. Reconciliation of petty cash

5. Assist Accounts Manager in daily tasks

6. GST working on purchases and sales.

7. Reporting of daily sales

8. Payroll preparation and documentation

9. Deposit of utilities bill for all companies

10. Monthly with Holding Tax payment

11. Salary slip issuance

12. Any other task assigned by the management
