Account Officer – Job Description
· Handle accounts payable and receivable.
· Maintain records of business payments: Bills, Installments, & payments.
· Check invoices for inaccuracies.
· Reconcile accounts with general ledger
· Maintaining records and update according to payments
· Making bills and scheduling payments
· Data entry
· Contact clients about invoices that are past due day
· Recovery of past payments
· Bill Making
· Good Grip on Excel (MS Office)
· Cash Keeping
· Banking and bank procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: Rs18,000.00 to Rs20,000.00 /month
