The federal board of intermediate and secondary education has decided to reform the examination system of matric and intermediate 2022. The decision has been taken by the board authorities to make the changes in the syllabus as well as the examination system.
According to the statement issued by the FBISE, it has been decided to revamp the basic tool of the examination such as question paper and making it curriculum SLOs based rather than textbook-based.
As per the Federal board syllabus 2022, the changes have been introduced in the nine subjects such as English Compulsory, Urdu Compulsory, Islamiat, Pakistan Studies, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics at the SSC and HSSC levels.
Federal board examination 2022, the pattern will be followed to hold the annual exams of matric and intermediate. As a result, the candidates will not be restricted to only one book related to the particular subject and they will have the liberty to prepare from any book in consonance with the curriculum contents. Through this decision, the students will be able to strengthen their concepts rather than cramming the contents of the syllabus while preparing for the annual exams of matric and intermediate.
