PESHAWAR: Two oil vendors have moved the Peshawar High Court looking for orders for the Federal Investigation Agencyto direct the continuous request reasonably into the last year's fuel emergency without including its two officers,who were important for a previous test also.

Syed Abid Shah and Qaiser Khan mutually documented an appeal mentioning the court to save a letter gave by the extra chief general of FIA (North) on June 8, 2021, to connect himself and another official with the continuous investigation into the deficiency of oil based goods.

They guaranteed that after the request commission presented its report last year, the government bureau requested that the FIA hold another request to uncover the 'proof of criminal demonstration or purpose behind the oil based goods deficiency' inside 90 days.

The candidates, notwithstanding, asserted that extra DG of the FIA Abu Bakar Khudabakhsh and agent chief Sajid Akram, who were important for that request commission, related themselves with the new request too.

They said the government bureau had established an advisory group headed by the priest for arranging and advancement on Dec 15, 2020, to prescribe authoritative and strategy moves to be made on the last year's fuel emergency considering the request commission's report.

The candidates said the council had suggested in its report that a request be led by the FIA to uncover proof or verification of criminal demonstration or plan inside 90 days.

They added that the report of the council was endorsed by the government bureau on April 1, 2021, and from there on, the FIA should direct a reasonable and fair-minded investigation into the deficiency of oil based commodities.

The solicitors said the FIA comprised a request group however its two officials being referred to related themselves with the request and started giving orders.

They fought that the request would be unprejudiced and reasonable just in case it was directed by the FIA without contribution of those officials.
