In time, the Buffalo Bills can and should be proud of their season. They broke long droughts by winning a division title, hosting a playoff game and winning a pair of playoff games. But Diggs, who also lost an NFC championship game to the Philadelphia Eagles when he was with the Minnesota Vikings, just wanted to feel the pain of watching another team celebrate.McDermott made sure to start looking forward too, only a few moments after his season ended.“The Buffalo Bills will be back,” McDermott said in a postgame interview on the field with CBS.“We obviously didn’t play our best game, but we’re going to learn from this experience.”The Bills are set up well for the future.
