The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and her husband, Kanye West have multiple fridges in their Calabasas home including a fridge full of milk, a fridge full of water, and a massive walk-in fridge full of fresh produce and goodies.
Since the makeup mogul has very specific goals for her 40th birthday on Oct. 21, 2020 — she is sticking to a very regimented workout routine and diet. In fact, her plant-based lifestyle is rubbing off on her daughter North West.
Kim Kardashian adheres to a plant-based diet
Kardashian used to swear by the Atkins diet, which means a follower eats little to no carbs. However, the aspiring attorney has sense evolved the way she looks at food. “I eat mostly plant-based. No meat anymore,” she Tweeted to a curious fan.
Melissa Alcantara, Kardashian’s trainer has one rule of thumb. She wants her clients to eat “real food only.” The KKW Beauty mogul tweeted, “Oatmeal and vegan sausage for breakfast, vegan tacos are my fave for lunch! Salads are good too!”
The mother of four isn’t about to throw the starches away completely. She also adores potatoes, as long as waffle fries and sweet potato fries are nowhere near her. Kardashian enjoys a skinny french fry or a baked potato.
